1. How do I order from you?
We will make quotation after you send your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you payment way. Goods will be prepared and sent after payment is received. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.
2. What's the samples policy?
We pleased to offer a limited amount of free samples to qualified customers. Full information is required to request free samples and you are asked to use a company business email address.
Before placing a formal order, all the shipping costs for samples are on our customers' account.
3. What is the shipping term?
For parcels less than 45kg, express courier is more economic. We have big discount offer from FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT,EMS and China Post.
For parcels more than 45kg, air cargo is a good option.
For parcels more than 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic.
You may also ask your forwarder to pick up goods from us directly.
We can also send goods to your forwarder as you request.
All in all, we will negotiate together and find the most reasonable delivery way according to your order size.
4. What is delivery time after order confirmed?
It is usually 20-30 working days after we get first payment or L/C for different proucts and different logistics ways.
5. Can we use our own brand or private label?
We welcome our customers and clients to use their own brands or private labels for most of our products.
6. What is the minimum order that we can place?
For the testing our products' purpose, we will do our best to meet your sample order and there is no minimum order limitation. However, if you place the order with your own brand or private label, we need you to pay the additional cost for printing otherwise there is a minimum order limitation.
6. What are they payment terms?
Paypal: We accept small payments (Less than USD500) by Paypal.
Western Union: We accept payment by Western Union .
Full Advance Payment: For small orders, it will be most convenient for both sides to pay by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to our company bank account.
Part Payment in Advance: For larger orders, we expect that you send 30% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank or by copy.
Letter of Credit: For bulk orders, we also can accept a Letter of Credit At Sight,all the cost out of China must be to the account of the customers.
Attention: Payment terms will be changed for different conditions of orders and customers situation.
7. Do you have CE or FDA?
We have FDA registrations, and a CE mark for many of our products. Please let us know the name of the product and if certified we shall send you the certificates.
